Trust is the foundation of every healthy workplace relationship, yet it can take years to build and only moments to lose. This session explores the behaviors that create trust, practical strategies for repairing it when it has been damaged, and everyday practices that strengthen trust over time.

One and a half Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC).
