Trauma Talks: Restoration and Repair After Conflict in Teams

February 22, 2027 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Conflict is a natural part of team dynamics, but understanding why it happens and how to repair are crucial for maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. In this training, we will explore the following objectives through a restorative framework: understand the common causes and triggers of conflict and promoting open and honest communication within teams. Participants will leave with trauma- informed strategies to engage in conflict in a safe, healthy, and respectful way.

Two Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC). If you would like to request CEUs, you may do so in the evaluation survey sent after completing this training. For more information on ICOY’s training attendance policy please see here: https://www.icoyouth.org/attendance-policy/

Please note, this event/training is not affiliated with or in partnership with IDHS. Everyone is welcome to attend!
