Restorative Justice 201: Practicing the Principles
Building on the foundations established in RJ 101, this interactive session explores how restorative justice principles come to life in complex, real-world situations. Through facilitated discussion, applied scenarios, and opportunities for reflection, participants will deepen their understanding of shared power, trauma-informed practice, and restorative decision-making. The session also introduces transformative justice as a complementary framework that challenges participants to think beyond systems-based responses toward community-led approaches to accountability and healing.
