Whether addressing performance concerns, resolving conflict, or navigating sensitive workplace issues, difficult conversations are an unavoidable part of leadership. This session provides practical tools for approaching these conversations with clarity, confidence, and respect while preserving relationships and promoting accountability.

One and a half continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for participants with active social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC).
