Workforce Well-Being: Showing Up Without Burning Out

October 14 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Youth-serving professionals are asked to support others while navigating increasingly complex environments marked by trauma, crisis, limited resources, and competing demands. This interactive session explores workforce well-being as a shared organizational responsibility rather than an individual burden. Participants will examine how stress, secondary traumatic stress, burnout, and youth mental health challenges impact helping professionals while identifying practical strategies that strengthen resilience, collaboration, and cultures of care.Designed for frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and organizational leaders, this session recognizes that everyone has a role in creating environments where both people and missions can thrive.

Two continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for participants with active social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC). If you would like to request CEUs, you may do so in the evaluation survey sent after completing this training.
