This session is designed for supervisors seeking to strengthen MI practice within their teams. Participants will learn how to coach, model, and reinforce MI skills, create supportive learning environments, and provide feedback that enhances staff confidence and competence. The session emphasizes strategies for sustaining MI fidelity over time, fostering a culture of collaborative, person-centered practice. Three Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC).
