Please join us for our third in-person Learning Community of 2026. As immigration policies and enforcement practices continue to affect communities and service providers in different ways; youth, families, and providers may have questions or need additional support beyond the services typically offered. ICOY, in collaboration with the Illinois Coalition on Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR), will host this Learning Community to provide a full Know Your Rights training session and create space for providers to connect, share resources, and discuss strategies for supporting the communities they serve.
