Designed for anyone who operates in a leadership/management capacity, this training helps professionals learn how to effectively manage and relate to individuals they supervise. Participants will learn to provide trauma informed supervision by learning about the way trauma can impact staff and recognizing signs of compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. 

Two continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for Social Work and       Professional Counseling License participants. If you would like to request CEUs, you may do so in the evaluation sent after completing this training.

Please note: failure to follow these guidelines may result in attendees’ participation being marked as incomplete and render them ineligible to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Certificates of Attendance (COAs). Review the complete details of the policy here. 

** ON THE DAY OF THE TRAINING, if there are issues connecting, or if registrants cannot be active during the entirety of the training, they must reach out to the Training Team at training@icoyouth.org. ICOY will not recognize attendance for those that fail to communicate any discrepancies, and these registrants will not receive CEUs or a Certificate of Attendance.
