This training is designed to help organizations cultivate a positive workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational success. Participants will learn the key components of a positive work environment, strategies to foster a supportive and inclusive culture, and practical tools for maintaining a healthy workplace.

Two Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC).
