Sally joined ICOY in September 2021 as the Prevention & Intervention Manager for the Comprehensive Community Based Youth Services (CCBYS) and Homeless Youth contracts. In this role, she supports youth service providers through capacity building and technical assistance.

Sally graduated from Tufts University in Boston with a degree in Community Health and Anthropology and came to ICOY after several years working in direct service, both in Boston and Chicago. Much of this work has involved connecting individuals to housing and other resources. She’s passionate about addressing structural inequalities, both in housing systems and elsewhere, and about supporting the community organizations that are leading the way in this work.

Outside of work, Sally enjoys spending time with friends, taking long walks, and discovering new places to go camping throughout the Midwest.
