Prevention and Intervention Manager - Redeploy Illinois

Hailey joined ICOY as the Administrative Coordinator for Prevention & Intervention in August of 2023 and moved into her current role in February of 2024. In her current role, Hailey provides capacity building and technical assistance to DHS and the sites funded by Redeploy Illinois. They have their bachelor’s degree in women’s and gender studies and are obtaining their master’s degree in liberal studies with a concentration in sexual and reproductive health. Hailey is the lead organizer for the Niles Pride Committee in Niles, MI.

Hailey is passionate about advocating for families and mothers, education, mental health, violence prevention, disability rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and reproductive autonomy. In their free time, Hailey enjoys delving into politics and public policy, crime documentaries and podcasts, and all things human rights. You can find her spending her free time at local venues listening to live music, snuggling with her dogs and cat, and blasting Taylor Swift with her daughter. Hailey dabbles in writing, reading, watching college football with her older kiddo, indulging in delicious treats with her spouse, camping, and meditating.
