Director of Operations

Denail joined ICOY in 2009 as a Special Projects Coordinator and has held the roles of Contracts Coordinator, Office Manager, and Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, her duties include accounts payable, payroll, income tracking, and serving as primary liaison to ICOY’s human resources, financial team, and information technology support consultants.

Denail has a bachelor’s degree in English and is a Notary Public. Outside of work she enjoys volunteering, sewing, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
