Arthur Chaney, an ardent administrative professional boasting over a decade of astute expertise in office management and business administration, embarked on his tenure with ICOY in May 2023. Graduating with distinction, magna cum laude, from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Arthur emerges as a fervent champion for initiatives aimed at fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Beyond his professional commitments, Arthur demonstrates his dedication to supporting marginalized communities. He volunteers his time to aid LGBTQIA+ youth, individuals facing housing instability, and those affected by HIV-related challenges. Arthur also enjoys performing improv and tending to his two dogs and cat.
