This is a two-day, 2-hour training that reviews 11 principles and provides participants with the ability t to enhance their engagement practices by examining values, beliefs, cultural sensitivity, and self-control, enhance their engagement practices by examining values, beliefs, cultural sensitivity, and self-control as well as offering tips on creating quality and impactful outreach efforts.

Four Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for Social Work and Professional Counseling License participants attending both days. If you would like to request CEUs, you may do so in the evaluation sent after completing this training.
