Understanding Domestic Violence is beyond observing individual relationships. Understanding Domestic Violence requires a reflection of larger society and systems to truly address its impact. As part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we will come together to discuss resiliency and strategies within Trauma-Informed Care. Additionally, we will address the unique barriers for communities, such as mothers, youth, elders, immigrants, individuals with disabilities as a few examples. Participants will grow shared language and tools to best support individuals navigating Domestic Violence. Finally, participants are encouraged to bring their heart and hope to Break the Cycles of Domestic Violence during this training. Thank you for your time and consideration in joining!
