Illinois Collaboration on Youth (ICOY) advocates for legislation and policies that keep youth safe, healthy, and on the path to a positive adulthood.
ICOY serves as a collective voice and powerful force for young people, their families, and their communities. We work to strengthen the youth service system, and the provider community that serves youth, promoting services that improve outcomes for youth, and reduce their involvement in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
