DESCRIPTION:Discover how Peace Circles can transform your approach to team dynamics and youth engagement by building trust\, understanding\, and collaboration. This beginner-friendly training will introduce you to the core principles of Peace Circles\, guiding you through the process of creating a safe\, inclusive space for open dialogue. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with essential facilitation techniques to ensure meaningful and effective conversations. Whether you’re new to restorative practices or looking to deepen your skills\, this session will equip you with the confidence and tools to use Peace Circles as a powerful way to cultivate stronger\, more empathetic communities in your work. \n1.5 continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW\, LCSW\, LPC\, LCPC).
