SUMMARY:Trauma Talks: Restoration and Repair After Conflict in Teams
DESCRIPTION:Conflict is a natural part of team dynamics\, but understanding why it happens and how to repair are crucial for maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. In this training\, we will explore the following objectives through a restorative framework: understand the common causes and triggers of conflict and promoting open and honest communication within teams. Participants will leave with trauma- informed strategies to engage in conflict in a safe\, healthy\, and respectful way. Two Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW\, LCSW\, LPC\, LCPC).
