SUMMARY:Building a Neuroinclusive Culture
DESCRIPTION:Whether or not it’s been named directly\, young people and staff who are neurodivergent are present in every program. This session looks at the organizational and programmatic shifts that create real belonging for all youth and staff. It explores how everyday practices\, policies\, and physical spaces shape whether people who are neurodivergent feel included or overlooked. Participants leave with a broader perspective on building a culture where neurodivergence is expected and welcomed\, along with ideas they can adapt to their own programs. \nOne and a half Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW\, LCSW\, LPC\, LCPC).
