SUMMARY:Comprehensive Community Based Youth Services (CCBYS) Supervisor Training
DESCRIPTION:Through interactive engagement\, this training will define the role of CCBYS supervisor and administrators by looking at standards\, juvenile court act\, MRAI\, and agency practice.  During this two- and half-hour webinar\, we will share important skills and day-to-day learning needed for new staff.  We will also focus on how to engage discretionary clients\, community outreach\, and community partners. By the end of the training\, our goal is to have a set of FAQ for all supervisors to use and a shared understanding of program standards. \nTwo continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW\, LCSW\, LPC\, LCPC).
