DESCRIPTION:This 3-hour training will aid its participants in developing tools to work through internal issues that create conflict. We will look at 4 Keys to developing an effective Conflict Reconciliation System. We will explore the importance of: \n-Internal Responsibility: Diminishing apathy and indifference and increasing passion and concern. \n-Embrace Reality: How to minimize frustration by fully embracing reality. \n-Reframing Rhetoric: How the words and phrases you use can shift your perspective \n-Re-writing Your Narrative: How fact coupled with fiction can be damaging \n  \nTrainer: Sylvester Baugh \n  \nThree continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW\, LCSW\, LPC\, LCPC).
