DESCRIPTION:Recognize\, understand\, and manage unconscious bias to create a more diverse\, equitable\, and inclusive (DEI) workplace. Participants will explore the nature of unconscious bias\, its impact on decision-making and behavior\, and strategies to mitigate its effects. \nTwo Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW\, LCSW\, LPC\, LCPC).
