DESCRIPTION:This training is designed to help organizations cultivate a positive workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction\, productivity\, and overall organizational success. Participants will learn the key components of a positive work environment\, strategies to foster a supportive and inclusive culture\, and practical tools for maintaining a healthy workplace. \nTwo Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW\, LCSW\, LPC\, LCPC).
