Heart Health Awareness: The Art of Self Love to Heal through Trauma
February 9 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
During this session, we will process ways to support clients with supporting themselves after experiencing trauma. Participants will learn how individuals who have experienced trauma are often tormented by thoughts that reflect negative core beliefs about themselves. This training will help us process ways to help clients accept where they are. Additionally, we will learn how loving oneself after trauma involves accepting that some of your interactions in the world might not be the same.
